Hello,
I’m trying to log in with nhs perks again as I’m due to upgrade this month but it is saying account deactivated, it won’t let me re register my email either. Anyone know a way to get around this?

Hello,
I'm having the same issue. I last used my EE perks account a couple of years ago, and it won't allow me to login or send me a 'forgot password' link. Could you please advise on how to reactivate the account with the same details?

Is your perk account showing deactivated when you log in?
Are you able to register for a new perk account?

Yes it does. When I log in it says deactivated. I have tried to re register but it says I already have an account. I'm confused.
Any ideas why it has done this?
