Forgotten my password for apple music through ee add on

I've forgotten my apple password for apple music, also my security question on apple says its incorrect. Keep going round in circles

No joy at all, as my security question answer is incorrect, I don't have option to reset password, I'll wait until my month of apple music runs out, and swap for another add on, unless I get the option of a new apple id on my same number which I can activate?

It would be best to contact Apple to see what is needed to get this sorted and look into setting up a new ID.

If I get a new id, can I have my number reassigned to the new id gor apple

If you call us on 150, the team can see if this can be changed for you to set up again with the new ID.

I would suggest contacting Apple to see if they can help with the existing ID and access this again @birdaldo
