EE Perks isn't sending verification email

I'm trying to register for EE Perks to get my NHS discount and have tried several times to send the verification email but it isn't arriving. I've checked my Primary and Other mailboxes as well as Junk but haven't received anything. I now seem to be unable to use the option to upload a copy of my ID as logging in just takes me back to the send email again page. Can anybody help?

Thanks for coming here. 

How long ago did you register? 

Once the details have been sent to the perk team they will send an email with two working days to let you know the details have been verified and you can log in for the codes.

@Leanne_T yes, I completed all the details but I'm not receiving any verification emails, I've checked my junk mail too.
