NHS ee perk discount

Moolus
Visitor

I took out a different (cheaper) plan with EE last month and had to revisit the shop a few days later, where i was told that as an NHS worker I could have saved 20% off my plan if i registered with EE perks, and this would be valid for up to a month after I initially took out the plan.

I have done so and tried several times to find out where exactly i'm supposed to input this code (no trouble getting that), but the link on the ee perks page it is not valid, and there doesn't appear to be anywhere on My EE to use it

I'm running out of time to do this, and would appreciate any pointers as I'm not very techy !

Hi @Moolus,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you weren't able to redeem your code at the point of sale, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can help.

Thanks

James
