Hi!
When I went to EE to get a new simcard plan they said I’d have 20% discount as an NHS perk. They’ve done everything for me and told me that it’ll eventually be taken off from the next bill which didn’t happen. Can I claim for it?
I am now using a new email address as the entire trust has changed the email server.
How would I go on with this?

@ilkahannah : Discount codes may be applied by calling CS within 30 days of purchase if it wasn't at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading. They cannot be applied mid-term.

If not, are you able to register for a new perk account with the new email address?

I don’t have the perk code as it was done for me at store.
How do I apply a for a perk code for the new email?
Will the stated supposedly discount be reimbursed somehow?

Hi @ilkahannah
You can register on the EE Perk Portal. Once you have the code, call and speak to our Mobile Care team to see if it can be added. As @XRaySpeX said, this should be done in the first 30 days of the contract being taken out.
