Hi,
I upgraded on Monday at the shop. An email was sent to my work email and i got it yesterday when i returned. I work in a secure environment, so i have no access out-with work. I clicked the link yesterday, input my work email and the password they gave me in the shop....and it didn't work. It won't let me reset my password and has now locked me out. I had the same issue years ago when i took out my contract.
Can anyone help?
P.S... I have no access to my home email within work and no access to work email out-with lol.

What is the error message you saw when trying to log in the Perk portal?
Have you received a verification email to your work inbox?

Hi,
Yes, i clicked the link they sent me. But when i input my work email and the password they gave me in the shop, it came up incorrect password. I saved it in my phone an went out to my car to check. It's definitely correct. Now it has locked me out.

Please allow 24 hours for your account to be unlocked. You should then be able to request a password reset.
