I went to upgrade today but have been told that my NHS Perk is no longer valid for any plan that I can get for the Samsung S25 Ultra. I've been with EE for 11 years or so and I'm surprised that this perk has been withdrawn and customers not informed. I get so many texts about taking out the broadband service surely they could've let members who had an active perk know via the same method. The Perk website doesn't say anything about this perk not being allowed to be used with anytime upgrade plans, it just says "save 20% on your monthly plan". Pretty poor communication from the experts in communication!
Just putting this out there for anyone that hasn't tried to upgrade yet since this change was introduced and also isn't aware.

You cannot get the discount if you are on a plan that includes an annual upgrade benefit. The discount also cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
