Hello
When I took my contract out I applied a code for NHS Discount however for some reason this has not been applied and I have been paying full amount for a while now , I am trying to activate a new code so I can go into the shop tomorrow and discuss.
My account was locked after me trying to access it, I have since reset my password which I have now managed to gain access however now I am unable to lock into EE portal for the codes using the password I have reset it to.
I am getting no where please can someone help

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Discount codes can only be applied on new and renewing tariffs, not mid-term.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
