Why is it i can get the same phone cheaper on Vodafone.

@2017Leighton Because Voda breaks down their billing to 24 month tariff and 36 month for the phone.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
