I have contacted online help twice the second time I was told she had put through my request to get my card to the back office and I would receive the card in the post and didn't need to do anything I would get it in 3-5 days ,that was well over a week ago and still nothing ?? I have several numbers one of which is a mobile WiFi box that does not receive texts so I was assured the info wouldn't be sent there 😔so how come I've heard nothing and received nothing ?

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team to check the status of this.

They'll be able to help you get this sorted.

Well spoken to two more people one who was actually rude enough to tell me " it's not rocket science " !! Another who just gave me an email address as clearly nobody has a clue !! Seems like a stalling tactic and im not getting the card . However that is false advertising and illegal !

Nearly a month a go , keep getting conflicting answers one told me they had sorted it and it would be with me in 3 days that was a lie. Absolutely ridiculous!! No acknowledgment of email either
