Hey,
Ordered a Sansung S22 delivered on the 22nd November. Reading through previous threads I should have received a code for the xbox games pass - it is showing on my account as added but I've not had a code. Also recieved a text about my rewards code telling me 15 days but not received anything else.
Now, I changed my contact number on my EE as it was pre set as the one that came with the phone. The new phone was for my son so it needed changing to my number. I have also PAC'd my sons old number onto the new Sim. Could this be why I've not had these messages I should have had?
