Login problem

Hi,

 

I am trying to log into EE Perks and am registered but it is not accepting my password nor will it allow me to reset the password - have tried several times but never get the reset email.  I have checked my junk folder and they are not in there and cannot re-register as I get the message to say I am already registered.

 

Any help is most appreciated.

Hi James. 

Yes I try to verify but send me into the website again . After that I can't log in.  Tying to reset password.  Never receive link to change my password.

How long ago did you register for the perk account? 

Did you use your work email?

Hi.

Yes I use my personal email but also to verification use my work email. 

Both of them send me to main website.

Still can't reset password
