International call to Indonesia

I need to call Indonesian numbers for my research and I want to know what's the plan/add-on should I use, how much is the tariff + benefits/numbers of minute I get, and how to pick the plan/add-on.

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a add-on, free on PAYG or £2 pm on contract, that anyone, on PAYG or contract, can apply for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. Thanks for the answer! It's helpful but I'm still quite confused.

I texted CALL ABROAD to 150 and it says that "Great news, you already have the Call Abroad add-on". Does this mean I already have the add-on now?

Then how much is the tariff if I'm going to phone an Indonesian mobile? 20p or 25p per minute?

And also, I saw your latest discussion on the thread, there's this "New Pay Monthly £2 pm CALL ABROAD Rates" where the tariff is 13p to Indonesian mobile. What's the difference between this and the one I mentioned above?

Thanks for the answer, but I still have a question.

Here (https://ee.co.uk/mobile/international/pay-monthly-international-calls) it's stated that the pack gives "500 international minutes for £26.10 a month – just 5.22p a minute". But on the page you suggested it says "The add-on has an allowance of 250 minutes at these rates. Once you have used up the inclusive minutes you will be charged at standard rates." So which one is right for a £26.10 pack, 500 or 250 minutes?

Yes, you already have the CALL ABROAD add-on.

It's either 20p on PAYG or 25p on contract. Which are you on?

I'm on PAYG. So this means that I can call Indonesian mobile for 20p/minute now as I already have the CALL ABROAD add-on? Is this the lowest rate that EE has to call Indonesian mobile?

That's right @oasmarani, you're already on the cheapest rate for pay as you go.

The International Extra pack is only available on pay monthly plans.

@Leanne_T gave you a link to the standard rates. The CALL ABROAD add-on, which you have, gives you calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. Calls are always priced per min & texts per text.
