I’m trying to change my inclusive extra in my account, keeps coming up with technical error anyone know how to fix this? Without calling

Hi @Hotnikle21,
Are you still having the issue doing it today? Is it on both the website and app you are getting the issue? You can also try texting PICK to 150 or SWAP to 150 to allow you to change the extra via text message.

Ahh Hotnikle, you sweet summer child, welcome to the now never ending account issues you will face going forward!
I'll answer Alex_H's question for you, no, going forward, both your website and app will not work, you will continue to have the same loop and 'technical error' going forward. This means from now on, as I am right now, you'll have to sit on hold for 30+ minutes to pay bills, make any changes to the account, add extras etc.
My business is a veteran in this game, we've had this issue since summer 2024, however I'm told other businesses put this length of time to shame.
Its ok though, customer service (once you actually get through) will be happy to give you a phantom date to when it will be resolved, I've counted 4 dates do far, with end of December 2024 being the most recent, come and gone... Once I get through to customer service this time, I will be sure to ask again for you the next phantom date for when it will be fixed.
