Inclusive Extras

Hi everyone.

UPDATE: I've managed to activate Netflix and Game Pass Ultimate, however BT Sport's isn't showing up in the extras section and I haven't received a text on how to activate.

I just joined EE and the SIM card just arrived. I've gone with the Full Works plan so I get the 3 Inclusive Extras. I can't find anywhere, where I can activate them. I chose the extras online when I ordered the SIM if that helps. I've tried texting 'PICK' to 150 but it just tells me I already have the Inclusive Extras.

Welcome to the community.

If you have a plan that has three smart benefits, you should be able to choose them in the inclusive extras section of your My EE account.

If it isn't showing up, I'd suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team.

Hi Christopher.

They don't have the option to activate them in that section you provided. I had to go to www.ee.co.uk/Netflix to activate them. Like I said in my update, I've now managed to activate Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Netflix however BT Sport's doesn't show in the list of extras to activate.

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into why the BT Sport option isn't showing for you.
