Inclusive Extra HBO Max

Has HBO max with sports been removed as an inclusive extra without any news being posted on the subject? I changed it to roam abroad prior to a holiday and now it's not available to change back? Have other people been kicked out or told its no longer available?

I used to have HBO Max as an inclusive extra until the end of the season. I have gone to add it back and it's no longer available. Nothing has been said or posted about this... what's happened???

HBO Max has never been an option as an inclusive extra, however TNT Sports is available on the Full Works mobile plan. If you're having issues, I recommend you contact the EE mobile helpdesk using one of the options shown at https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee

I currently have Xbox Gamepass.. but its still showing TNT as an option for me.

Yip had exactly the same issue. The inclusive extra that I had been using was tnt. Swapped it for roaming abroad and told I could swap to tnt when I came back. On returning from holiday I contacted ee and they said tnt was no longer an option even though the only point in me having that contract was for tnt. 

seemingly if you come off tnt you won’t get it added back on. It’s a disgrace. Even though they still offer it on new deals online. 

I’ve went through numerous complaints but I’ve got absolutely no where and told the matter is now closed. TNT is now on my contract no longer an inclusive extra. 

it’s ridiculous.

Absolutely no point in contacting ee. It’s the same answer everywhere. They will say they have the option to change inclusive extras at will.
