I am trying to add my inclusive extra but I am getting the error message:

Inclusive Extra update error.

Sorry, due to a technical problem we're currently unable to update your inclusive extras. Please try again later.

I've tried via the website, the app and using SMS.

I upgraded to the plan today and it included a free "inclusive extra".

This is the first time I have tried to add one.

In your My EE account does it show you have an Inclusive Extra active already? this could be anything such as Apple Music, Roaming Pass etc.

They will be able to get this added for you.

i also have this issue but when trying to add Apple One as my inclusive.  I have tried contacting via 150 but cannot get through to any one.  Just keep getting automated options none of which get through to inclusive add-ons.  Which menu options should be followed?

When calling 150 please select option 2. 

This will take you through to the menu. 

You will then need to speak with our accounts and billing team.
