Hi
I've just moved over to the EE broadband from BT and part of the package was a free 12mths Xbox game pass ultimate.
I already have just under 2 years pre-paid subscriptions sitting on there (bought as a present) so there is no monthly payment going out.
My query is once I load the free offer from EE will that overwrite a year already paid for or will it stack so I'll have approx 3 years sitting on my account - 1 yr free from EE and approx 2 years already prepaid. And if it does stack will the EE subscription be used first and then my prepaid ones already sitting there.
Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to loose anytime I've already paid for.
Thanks

Hi @JMB11,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
It wouldn't stack with any existing subscriptions. When setting it up, EE becomes your default billing method and the subscription renews automatically each month.

Hi I have just gotten off the phone to EE and they have confirmed it over rights they even got in contact with Microsoft whilst I was on the line and Microsoft confirmed.
Scenario I had an active subscription which expires on 4th April 2025 I activated 12 Months subscription from EE on 18th January 2025 the 4 months or so I had left remaining got wiped out so is no longer active the only active subscription I have now is the one from EE 12 months they have credited my account for my bills £40 to cover the cost of the 3/4 months of game pass I have lost out on. Fyi they didn't inform me on purchase of product this will happen nor did they inform me before activating through email link they sent me this is why they credited. Usually what happens is when you buy game pass and have remaining months/days on your game pass it gets stacked but not in this case.
