Can anyone give me a direct answer, I recently damaged my IPhone 12 Pro Max in work due to weather conditions a few weeks back. I was left with no phone for numerous of weeks before I finally made a claim online. I had no response , I had full insurance cover for the 2 years contract, since it was ending and paid off next month I upgraded thinking the claim would still carry , including my insurance where do I stand with this I feel like I’ve been robbed in a way, since I paid 2 years insurance, now I’m left with a broken phone that I’ve fully paid for.

any advice would be appreciated..

I'm sorry to hear about your phone, @Brady96. The insurance covers the phone that is in contract on your account. If you have upgraded, it would be transferred over.

I would recommend calling to speak to our Mobile Care team so they can run through your options.

I made the claim when the phone was in contract , I didn’t get any replies, I did it through the website.

Since I had anytime upgrade, i went for it not thinking , it was to end on the 15th of may. I had no phone so couldn’t ring / nor a local store where I am based.

argghh..
