I haven't received an email from Samsung so that i can claim my free earbuds

I have recently upgraded to a Samsung flip and I was supposed  to receive a link from Samsung to claim my free earbuds, I haven't received anything yet and its been  a couple off months, has anyone else had the same problem.

You have to claim them as it said on the sales page. You could also claim via the members app on the device. Which device did you get as the offer may have expired now.

Yes I have just spent almost 2 hours on the phone to ee, samsung should have sent me the link to claim, which they didn't and yes now its too late😡Sent from my Galaxy
