Pre paid card

I upgraded to the s22 plus on 28th October. 

It's been 16 days since and I have yet to receive a text with details on how to claim pre paid card. My account isn't in debt. 

 

Any ideas on when I'll receive the text message?

 You should get a text to claim this 15 to 30 days after purchase.

Well how come that on all the prepaid topics about the prepaid card and even on the phone we are being told 15 days and now you tell between 15- 30 days. This is outrageous I am also waiting for my prepaid card I have 15 days but I think I will make an official complaint towards EE as it looks like they are not serious at all
