I can't enter the contest for the FA Cup Tickets

My address is up to date.

I've used multiple browsers, both on mobile and desktop.

I've google searched every thing I can, and can find pages for previous years. But it seems strange to me there isn't a single page on EE's website, or even on their wembley.ee website, with a link to the competition. It makes me wonder if the competition is even real. 

How are people entering the competition? The link texted simply does not work.

The competition is definitely real. What happens when you follow the link? Are you getting an error message?

Hey it just goes to a login page, which when I login it just takes me to a, "Thanks, you've successfully logged out." page.

What happens if you log in on your browser, then follow the link from the message, @JEK1990?

I've tried it from iOS apps: Google Search, Firefox, Safari

And from desktop: Windows; I'll try from my mac when I get home.

But I can't imagine it's this difficult...but if it is I definitely want to get an entry an as so few people will have registered! haha

Like a different link? I can see the link change as it tries to load, and wants to take me to a subscription and plans page.

I've now tried on my phone using: Google Search app, Firefox App, Safari App, Chrome App, Little Arc Browser app

On a windows computer using: Edge, Chrome

On my mac laptop using: Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Arc

Nothing works. This is a joke.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 to see if they can enter you manually into the competition.
