How to claim chromebook

Hi,

I took out a contract on a samsung s24 and was told i could claim a free chromebook online, i just needed to put my receipt into a website. 

Im struggling to find where to do this, does anyone know?

Same issue here. Upgraded yesterday & got the above message that the claim form is closed
