How to change EE perks email

Hi 

I’ve had my email changed in work and now can’t get into my EE perks . Does anyone know how you can change it please

Hello, 

I am having the same issue I think so hoping you can help. My work (fire service) changed all of our emails last year and cannot be accessed which means I can’t access EE perks, any idea how I can solve this?
