How to activate Netflix on ee

hi community can anyone please tell me j hi or to activate my Netflix on my ee account I have already selected ee on my smart benefit…. Thank you

Does Netflix show up in your My EE Account as a Smart Benefit?

 

Did you receive a link by text to activate Netflix?

I had Netflix activated when I upgraded over the phone, I got the text of Netflix, it looks like this:

Netflix: You've got Netflix from EE! To start watching TV programmes and films, activate: m.netflix.com/xxxxxxx

When I opened this link on my phone and followed the prompts, I only saw paid options available, £6.99 for Basic, etc. I then opened the link on my computer and followed the same process, but this time there was an option for Basic at £0. So maybe there is something wrong when doing it on mobile? I hope this might help someone else. Happy watching 📽📺

Hi, I’m trying to set up for my in-laws on how to sign into Netflix as there TV package gives them this option to receive it for free as a TV Add-On as Netflix standard. EE make it out it’s very easy to sign into as it automatically transfers over into your EE bill. I’m struggling to understand how to do this and it’s very frustrating as I’ve attempted to follow steps even through TV package option. TIA
