Hi,
I'm trying to access my EE perk account. I've reset the password then immediately logged in, but I'm still getting the message that my account has been deactivated as I've not registered within the given time frame. How do I go about reactivating this?

I’m having the same issue, just managed to reset my password and it says my account is deactivated? I’ve never managed to get it to work! Any help would be appreciated.
