HBO MAX - accounts

Good evening,

I currently receieve TNT Sports on HBO Max via a smart benefit, I was wondering if it was possible to change the email address associated with it as I also have a HBO Max standard plan with another provider which is affiliated with different email address. currently I have to switch between the accounts to view the different content and I would like to use the same email for both subscriptions so I don't have to keep switching

Welcome to the EE Community

There is not a way to change the email address you have used via your account once setup. If you did want to change the email address used you would need to get in touch with our team to remove the TNT Sports smart benefit from your plan.

Give it at least 24 hours and then re-add TNT Sports as your smart benefit and go through the activation process again but then use the other email address you want to use.
