I upgraded back to the Google Pixel Pro XL a few months back with the introduction of onboard AI on devices; Gemini looked way more promising than Apples AI.
Since moving over, I've selected my benefit to be the Google Premium which allows for 2TB online storage, however it gives me no option to use Gemini Advanced, whenever I try to pay an additional fee for Advanced it tells me it is included with premium and I'm currently stuck in a loop. Any assistance? Do I need to contact CS? If so, is there a specific department I want to be speaking to? No option for third party support in the contact us.

There are two separate tiers of Google One Premium on different plans which both include 2TB of storage. I have attached images below which may help (once they are approved by a moderator).
If you're on an All Rounder plan you can get Google One Premium 2TB with no AI features.
On Full Works you can get Google One Premium AI which includes 2TB of storage AND Gemini Advanced.
Terrible naming conventions by Google in my opinion, initial thought when it launched was that it would cause this kind of confusion.

I am having exactly the same issue and I have the contract with EE that includes Gemini. Every time I try and upgrade I get the contact EE loop. So acknowledging I have Google 1 yet I have to contact EE.

Morning @mick8451
Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you followed all the steps on our Google One with EE help page to get fully set up? Do you have Google One showing as active in your EE app add-ons?
Thanks.
Leanne 🙂
