Hello,
I used to have a SIM only plan which included the Google One add-on and was activated successfully. I've since downgraded to a plan without any add-ons, however the Google One plan is still showing as active in my Google Account. I'm unable to cancel it here, as it says the plan is managed by EE. Google say they can't do anything, and EE says it's been removed their end (I have the confirmation text to say it was removed when I changed plans). Are there any other suggestions for what I could try?

Thanks for coming to the community.
It can sometimes take a bit longer to cancel after a plan change. If you are concerned about charges, rest assured you wouldn't be charged for any additional time you have had the benefit.
