I'm not eligible for add ons apparently

So I've been a customer since 2019 and I've had tech add ons in the past, a Nintendo switch, Xbox series s and a ps5, all are paid off by the way, but now I want to add a ps5 pro and maybe a gaming laptop but no matter which contract I try to add them to it says I'm not eligible and I don't understand why. Can anyone help me out? I haven't tried customer services yet I thought I'd try here first to see if anyone could help.

@Raine833  To purchase from the add to plan store you need to be within the first 17 months of the phone contract. Are you ?

I'd recommend reading through it to see if you meet all of the criteria for adding the PS5 Pro.
