Hi I bought my Xbox from Milton Keynes 10 days ago with the bundle not received anything no voucher of £50 quid no game pass or anything sort it out please

You would need to call 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone and select account queries from the options provided.

There's no option for account queries it's one for a online help thing and two for home and mobile

So I'm guessing I have to go in-store then cause it's been 16 days and still no game pass meant to come with bundle

How can I call option one takes me to issues that I don't have and two only says phone problems and broadband
