Hi I bought my Xbox from Milton Keynes 10 days ago with the bundle not received anything no voucher of £50 quid no game pass or anything sort it out please

It's the Xbox series X bundle if i don't get this soon any of them ill be cancelling with no penalty as it's not my fault

The terms of the offer say: 'Your £50 EE store voucher will be sent via SMS 15-30 days after your purchase'. 

You'll also be get a text message 14 days after purchase with a link to claim the Game Pass Ultimate.

I got told in Milton Keynes 11 days ago that it would take a few days are you sure it's two weeks and is.the voucher for the store coming by post?

So my game pass will be confirmed this Wednesday as it would be 2 weeks since purchasing the bundle and then the voucher should come week two weeks after
