Game pass smart benefit problem

Hi 

I have recently upgraded my contract and have chosen Game Pass Ultimate has one of my smart benefits. I currently pay for Game Pass through my EE contract has chosen on my Xbox.

Will EE activate my new Game Pass subscription or do I have to cancel it via Microsoft and wait for an activation code from EE? 

There is no real clear answer when I've looked.

Welcome to the community.

EE should activate your game subscription once you've followed the link in the text message.

You should of received a text when you selected the pass.

I've received no message at all. That's why I'm confused. It's definitely included in my plan because it's active on My EE.
