The watch will automatically be delivered to your account address 15-30 days after your purchase, excluding weekends.

The watch will be sent to your billing address within 30 days of your purchase. 

If you have exceeded 30 days please give us a call.

If you haven't received the watch after 30 days have elapsed (Monday), the Mobile Care team will be able to fill in a web form to chase it up for you.
