@Mick_lamb : Had you looked under the Features section from where you ordered it you will find:
You don't have to do anything to claim your Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Bluetooth Graphite 44mm, it will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.

I have the same question but I purchased over the phone and was told "I would be sent a link to claim" haven't had anything and also haven't received any of my paperwork or terms via email either.

You don't need to claim. The Samsung Watch 5 Bluetooth 44mm in Graphite will be sent to your account address 15 - 30 days after purchase.

Hi Leanne,
There is nothing on the paperwork in terms of the watch, however on live chat with yourselves a couple days ago it was stated that the watch would be sent to me 15-30 days after purchase to my billing address.
Is this correct?
