Please help I am at my witts end, I have a friends and family discount code from a friend who works at BT.
The code is vaild, I have checked the T&C and it is valid for all new plans and upgrades.
I am trying to upgrade my line to the iPhone 14 Pro, 256gb, at 25gb data a month.
But I get an error message saying
"This code is not vaild with your current selection. Please make sure you meet all the conditions of this promotion"
I have tried talking to the live chat people and they have been unable to help, there doesnt seem much point going into a store as it has to be used at ee.co.uk.
Any help would be amazing.
@Christopher_G I saw you help someone on this before and wondered if you could help me

I have been given another code to try and got the same error message.
with regards to step 4, I haven’t even clicked back on the browser for that to happen, however I have re tried going into the website, typing in the code and still invalid. I have raised the issue with my friend but they have not been able to provide a solution and have not heard of this issue happening

Did you try typing a random word in the voucher field, deleting it, then entering the code back in, @Zoe116?

If you are a new customer, please contact our sales team on 0800 956 6000. If you're upgrading, please get on touch on 150.
The team will check the plan you're selecting is eligible for the discount and make sure there are no incompatible discounts on your account.
Once these checks have been made, they'll be able to place an order for you and our Customer Care Team can manually apply the discount once you have received your new phone.
