Hi there, I have a friends and family discount code but all I keep getting is the voucher code is invalid. I tried it on multiple devices or sim only to see if it works and it keeps saying the same message.
I did call the customer help line but they said they are unable to help.
I am inputting it in the Vouchers and Discounts code bit when I am on the order.
Has anyone had this issue and have a fix for it?

Welcome to the community.
You should be able to use the discount code on a pay monthly SIM Only plan of 12 months or more, or the Airtime Plan of a Flex Pay plan, as long as the plan is not currently on offer or discounted.
If it is discounted or on offer, it would usually have a yellow box letting you know of the offer. If that is the case, you'll need to choose a different plan.
You'd also need to make sure it is not a Good as New phone that you are choosing
If it is an eligible plan, and you continue to have a problem with your code, you will need to speak to the person who issued the code to you, and they will raise this issue internally or provide you with another code to try.
