Well done for getting a screenshot, there was nothing they could fo for me as it "wasnt a EE offer but through Samsung", but they did give me a token refund amount which I put towards a second hand Samsung watch 😌
Surely EE should honour it as its a problem with their website not Samsungs!!! And must have watches in stock they should be able to gift...
