Free phone case and screen protector

When I ordered my new device as week ago I took out insurance too. Included was a free screen protector and a case. I haven't received one. What should I do?

No luck. I rang 150 about this last Thursday and still no case or screen protector.

Just that they'd 'add it' to my account (as they 'couldnt see it') and one would be with me soon...

I know there have been some delays with the postal service recently, @Charlie_e. That could be why you haven't received this most recent one. If you'd like to check on it, it may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team.

Oh that old line, lol

They've told me that every time I call, 4 months later and several calls still no case, I think it's a load of old tosh.

Did you ever get one?

They said the case I wanted was no longer available but they'd credit my account by the same value (£24.99), so worth pursuing.
