Free pair of Beats Flex when ordering Apple Watch Series 7

I started a new contract in store on Sunday 12th June, which also included a new contract for an Apple Watch Series 7 41MM. I saw that there was a promotion running online for a free pair of Beats Flex, but nothing was mentioned about it in store. Is it an online only promotion?

Welcome to the community.

I can't see anything at the moment to say that you wouldn't be eligible. The only stipulation seems to be that it can't be used in conjunction with any other offers.

If you're eligible, the Beats headphones will be delivered 15-30 days after purchase.

Did you ever get a answer to this? I ordered mine on the 2nd June with the promotion instore and they said I would get them..

I received loads of txt messages saying 15 days, 30 days after contract started, then loads more in july.

Yoginder from EE support chat says that Im not eligible and the offer ran out end of May which is rubbish as the shops had the offer plastered all over.

I feel im getting screwed here

We did have an offer from 31st May which run to 30th June, which you could get a free pair of Beats Flex Headphones when you purchase any Apple Watch Series 7. Subject to availability and while stocks last.

I would suggest giving us a call on 150, and the team will check your account and get this looked into further for you.
