I have recently upgraded my phone and tried to use my Nhs perks again ( after being told it would automatically be carried over). But when I tried to log in but message says account is deactivated . When I try to re register it says “email already exists “. The guys in store tried to help but they cant sort it . I have rang up and spoke to customer services and they said it’s nothing to do with them?
