Hi,
I logged into my EE perks account as I was sent a message to say my discount was due to expire as my contract upgrade is due this month, when I had the link emailed to me to verify my account I clicked the link which asked me to log into my account it said invalid.
This seems to happen every time and I have to email you it’s getting a bit frustrating.
Please help get this fixed.

Yes when I log in it says log in details supplied are invalid, which I know they are not as I had already logged into my account I was trying to deactivate my code as it’s due for renewal.
yes I am every 2 years when my contract is due for an upgrade this problem seems to happen
