Upgraded to an s23 ultra and recieved a free watch 6, it arrived today but there is a permanent green dot on the watch screen, how do I get this replaced or fixed? Any help is appreciated!

Just an update on this, after trying on messenger support twice and then receiving an sms asking to call 150 I got put through to samsung who have booked in a repair. Kinda seems like I should get a replacement rather than a repair but at least something is getting done now! 😄

When I spoke to the guide over the phone they just said as samsung send it out they have to deal with it and nothing EE can do. It just seems like a system should be in place to correct when things like this happen rather than the only option be to send the phone and watch back when the phone is fine
