Free data

When I dial 150 a recorded voice recognises that I’m a NHS keyworker. It continues saying that EE is there for me because I was there for them. I want to know how EE is there for me practically? Why have you withdrawn the free unlimited data if you are there for me?

@Haridhama  That free offer was during the Covid lockdown period’s when NHS workers kept themselves away from their family’s. Or do you think that the 20% discount you get for being a NHS worker isn’t enough?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No it’s just that I was unaware that the free unlimited data came to an end on a specific day. Of course I’m grateful for the 20% discount.

Hi @Haridhama,

If you're registered with us as an NHS employee, we'll make sure you stay connected even if you use up all of your high-speed data, with free unlimited data at a reduced speed of 2Mbps.

Find out more in Discounts and perks for NHS staff.

Thanks
