Hi. I have the by sport ultimate add on (mobile app with large screen access) and when I try to cast to my Chromecast I just get the error vc550 that I don't have the right subscription... except that I do. I've tried to get hold of ee with no avail and Their online robot is probably the most unless online help I've ever come across.
Anyone on here have any ideas how to sort this?
