Recently upgraded 2 phones to Galaxy S24FE on my business plan (11 Aug 25). When we got the phones the guy in the EE shop said we were eligible to a free Galaxy Watch 7 per phone and we would receive notification after approx 21 days on how to claim . Nothing received but after a google search it appears we should have just submitted a claim with a copy of the receipt within 30 days of getting the phones. The 30 days was up yesterday and also we didn't receive any receipts for the phones. Is there anything we can do to claim the watches or have we now missed the chance?

I'm sorry you've been advised in store you would be contacted with details on making the claim for the Samsung Galaxy Watch7, the offer is from Samsung and details can be found on the Home - Samsung Promotions page.
The terms of the offer advise, you would need to submit the claim within 30 days of the date shown on your purchase invoice or receipt.
The terms and conditions for the offer can be found on the Help & Support - Samsung Promotions page.

Many of these offers were from Samsung directly rather than EE, but if you can't meet the T&Cs of the offer, then I doubt you would be eligible.
