Free Galaxy buds with S23

Hi, 

I've bought S23 based on the fact I was getting a good deal and also the offer of getting free Galaxy buds. 

I was told in store the Galaxy buds will be sent to my address but 3 weeks later and still nothing. 

I wonder if someone had similar experience and if there's any other page I should visit to claim these buds.

The Galaxy Buds2 are sent automatically to the account address 15-30 days after receiving the phone.

Been waiting & im now on 23 days after receiving phone... Do all the buds in package deals get sent out? Whom to contact after 30days? Thankyou
