@Darrenmiller you apply them at the time of taking out the contract or the upgrade or if you’ve already in contract you need to call customer services and give them the code so it can be applied.
you cannot apply a discount code to a tariff that is already been discounted or where are you trading your phone and get a reduce tariff.
