Exclusive offer wont't add to basket

Hello, just looking for some advice - was on the my EE section of the website, clicked the thinking of leaving section even though I'm still a fair way in contract and it popped up with an exclusive offer:

Now I still have 17 months until contract end but it's much cheaper than my current plan so I thought why not? But when I try to add to basket, it goes back to the main home screen for EE and the basket is empty - I have tried different devices, browsers, incognito etc. So, as it says I will get the same price in a call centre I called 150, but the guy on the end of the phone says he can't see that offer and won't be able to.

Is this offer a mistake as I'm still in contract or is it an error that I can't add to the basket ?

@Ynwa1992 , I just spoke to EE to get a good offer, very helpful, just press 1 and then 2, did not have to wait long for someone to answer.

It could be that you still have a long time until your contract ends, but try ringing them, as it will depend how much you are now paying and how much that offer is and the original price.If  he cannot see it, then I suspect you will not get it then.
