Trying to upgrade online using a 20% perk code. 
There doesn’t seem to be a way of actually using it. 
The only option is to enter a voucher code, but the website doesn’t recognise the perk code if I do that. 
This has happened every time I have tried this over the past few years and it still doesn’t work. Very frustrating - how do I get my discount?

The code will not work if your deal includes any discount or promotion on the device or tariff.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
